I’m Severine (Sev for short), a fully insured BANT registered nutritional therapist based in London, UK. I’m passionate about supporting women at every stage of life, whether you’re navigating hormonal changes, struggling with digestive symptoms, or simply wanting more energy and vitality in your day-to-day life.
I hold a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and bring a strong foundation in psychology and mental health into my clinical work. I regularly attend lectures and conferences and take part in ongoing clinical supervision and support groups to ensure my practice remains current, reflective, and evidence-informed.
My approach is holistic and personalised, combining nutrition and lifestyle interventions with functional testing where appropriate, alongside emotional support and lived experience. I believe that true wellbeing goes beyond food alone.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every woman deserves to feel nourished, resilient, and truly heard. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns, stress, or looking to optimise your long-term health, I’m here to help you cut through the confusion and find an approach that genuinely works for you.
Why I think personalised nutrition matters
My journey into nutritional therapy began with 4.5 years of study at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, where I developed a strong foundation in science-led, personalised nutrition. I now support women across many life stages, combining clinical knowledge with warmth, empathy, and real-life experience.
I have a particular interest in women’s health, including hormone balance, gut health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or simply want to feel better in your day-to-day life, I’m here to support you in a way that feels grounded, realistic, and supportive.
I offer nutritional therapy consultations both online and in person in London. I am a registered member of the British Association for Nutrition & Lifetstyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Our nutritional therapy sessions are designed to educate and empower you. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your symptoms, not just the surface-level issues, and create a personalised plan that supports your body, lifestyle, and individual goals.
Nutritional therapy goes beyond food alone. It takes into account the whole person, including stress, sleep, hormones, digestion, and overall wellbeing. My aim is to provide evidence-based, compassionate guidance that helps you feel confident, supported, and in control of your health journey.
